A 5-DAY WEDDING EXPERIENCE GUIDELINE

Day 1 — Arrival & Preparation

Your guests arrive, settle in, and the energy begins to build. Guests can check in from 3:00 PM, as preparations begin behind the scenes. For larger weddings, setup may continue over the following days.

Day 2 — Relax or Welcome Gathering

A slower, more intimate day to settle in, where time is yours to enjoy — from quiet moments at the villa to a warm gathering over sunset drinks, dinner, and the first shared moments together.

Day 3 — The Wedding Day

A full day to celebrate. This is the highlight of the celebration, where your ceremony and reception unfold seamlessly.

Day 4 — Relax & Celebrate

A relaxed day to enjoy and truly be present — from a poolside BBQ at the villa to a private yacht experience in the Andaman Sea.

Day 5 — Farewell

A final morning together before departing at 12:00 PM.

Where is the location?

ANDAAMAN is located on a quiet, private stretch of beach in Kamala, Phuket, Thailand, offering a rare sense of seclusion while still being conveniently connected.

The villa’s setting is approximately 45 minutes from Phuket International Airport, and just a short drive from some of Phuket’s most popular spots including Phuket FantaSea, Café del Mar Phuket, and lifestyle shopping areas—perfect for guests who want to explore before or after your celebration.

With over 100 metres of direct beachfront, the villas offer uninterrupted ocean views and a calm, intimate setting—ideal for a wedding that feels both exclusive and effortlessly beautiful.

Do you do a full buyout for weddings? What is the price and minimum stay?

Yes, ANDAAMAN is exclusively offered as a full private buyout, giving you complete privacy across the entire villa for your wedding celebration.

The property includes

Villa ANDA (6 bedrooms)
Villa AMANN (8 bedrooms)

→ A total of 14 bedrooms

For wedding bookings, a minimum stay of 3 nights is typically required. Pricing varies depending on your dates, season, and event size. For tailored rates and availability, we recommend contacting the team directly at events@andaamanbeachevent.com

How many guests can you sleep on site, and is it suitable for kids?

ANDAAMAN can accommodate up to 34 guests comfortably across both villas, making it perfect for hosting your closest family and friends together. The breakdown is following:

Villa ANDA: up to 12 guests + 2 extra beds (with additional charge)
Villa AMANN: up to 16 guests + 4 extra beds (with additional charge)

For families:

Baby cots are available for young children (1-2 years old)
The villas include game rooms and pool tables, offering entertainment for all ages.

The villa is family-friendly, with generous indoor and outdoor spaces – but as a beachfront property with pools, supervision is recommended for young children.

Are there any extra fees, like event fee and catering costs?

Yes — weddings at ANDAAMAN include an event fee, which covers the essentials required to host your celebration at the villa. The fee varies depending on the number of guests.

Event Fee includes:

Exclusive use of all villa spaces and beachfront for your wedding/event setup
Permission for external guests and vendors to the property
Access for external vendors (e.g. catering, florists, lighting, entertainment, etc.)
Coordination support with your wedding planner for setup and logistics
Post-wedding/event waste management
Inclusion of a Second Function (a pre OR post gathering within 24 hours of the wedding/event day, for up to 50 guests)

Important notes:

This fee does not include wedding/event planning services, catering, or any detailed event setup, which must be arranged by a professional planner/organizer.
A full buyout of both villas – Villa ANDA & Villa AMANN is required.
All weddings/events require a professional planner/organizer accredited by our villas and outside catering. If you don’t yet have a planner, we would be pleased to introduce you to our trusted wedding planning partners.
The villa team attends to villa guests only and does not assist with food and drink preparation or services during the event.
Villa electricity is not permitted to be used for events/weddings; the Customer and/or Event Organizer must provide generators or an alternative power source sufficient to cover the entire Event’s needs.
For weddings, catering is arranged through our trusted external partners, while the villa’s kitchen and chef remain dedicated to in-house guests. Your wedding planner will be pleased to guide you through a selection of exceptional catering options.

Do you have a wedding package?

ANDAAMAN is a venue-only wedding destination, designed for flexibility rather than fixed packages.

Instead of one-size-fits-all packages, you will have the freedom to create a wedding that truly reflects your vision. We recommend trusted wedding planners, who will take care of design, logistics, and coordination for you.

This approach ensures your wedding feels personal, seamless, and thoughtfully curated.

What time is the curfew?

To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the surrounding area, there are clear but flexible sound guidelines:

Outdoor music (DJ/live band)

Allowed until midnight
From 10:00 pm onwards, volume must reduced to max. 70 decibels

After midnight

Celebrations can continue indoors (living room)
Up to 30 non-staying guests are welcome
Music allowed until 2:00 AM (max. 70 decibels)

Daytime music:

Must remain within 70 decibels

Are there extra venue hire costs for holding a small welcome dinner or just welcome drinks at the villa the day before the wedding?

ANDAAMAN truly shines as a multi-day wedding destination. This is considered a second function, which is already included in your event fee (covering one pre OR post event gathering within 24 hours of the wedding day for up to 50 guests.)

What happens if it rains on the wedding day?

There’s always a graceful Plan B. For groups of 50–80 guests or fewer, the celebration can be elegantly moved indoors, where the villa’s living area accommodates a refined long table dining setup with enough space for a first dance as well, creating a warm and cinematic atmosphere.

For larger celebrations, or if you prefer to keep the celebration outdoors, we recommend arranging a marquee setup to maintain the open-air beachfront experience while ensuring full weather protection.
